karensharon @gigisglam good morning…the spots are very very tiny…they are located on the inter thigh area of the top part of the right leg. As the pants were only worn once - I did not attempt dry cleaning it. The waist band measures 12 it has some room to open up if needed. The hip area measures 18 almost 19 inches. The pants are in excellent condition. I hope that they would work out for you.please stay safe and healthy!
