It's milled in France and made of polyester and polyamide blend. This jacket has been long soldout. Only the tapestry fabric is available on her website at $138 per yard. It secures with a double zipper, the top pull having pretty pewter colored leather tassels. This also has welt pockets and is fully lined in a vibrant orange silk.
