kprider @rae_mike yes - was wondering if there was corrected sku/product code as that code (86322US15) is for an entirely different Emtek knob style

rae_mike @kprider @kprider interesting I can go check to see if there's any different number on one of the tags as you can see they're sealed in the package so perhaps they were mislabeled and that's why we got the wrong ones originally???

kprider @rae_mike definitely looks like a mislabel issue, so I hope they took care of you in replacing the correct ones. If there is a different code for any of them, will definitely take it! I'm trying to match a finish/style - so nervous to purchase without code. Thanks for your help!

rae_mike @kprider OK I have took a look on their website and the polished nickel is really shiny kind of like a nickel flute hence the polish these are definitely satin nickel

rae_mike @kprider you can tell a little bit more information. If you look at the end of one of the little barbells, you'll see kind of the scratched look that is pretty common with satin finish. The polished nickel really kind of looks like shiny stainless steel. Where are these look more like refrigerator brushed stainless steel if that makes any sense !
