This is a really pretty blue windbreaker from EMS. Pullover, half-zip. Women's XL.
Sleeves has velcro closure on cuffs. Two angled zip pockets on front. Hood tucks away into collar. Adjustable cinch waist inside pockets. Adjustable cinch bottom hem.
Length is approximately 32" from bottom of collar to back hem. Jacket is roomy, allowing for under-layered clothing.
Very nice condition, clean, with no known flaws.

@deb105 not marked either way. It isn't waterproof. It's a windbreaker. Absorbs less water that a sweatshirt but I wouldn't wear it in a downpour!
