You twist the cap to open, press on the button to get the formula out, pull the dropper out, and then press the button to get a drop out! One drop is enough for two cheeks, and you can lay them under or over powder! The dropper has never touched my skin. I just pushed for one drop to come out when using. All packaging has been disinfected and handled with gloves on. Will disinfect again upon purchase
