ELOQUII Size 16 Black Circle Midi Skirt

This is an ELOQUII size 16 black circle midi skirt with side pockets, elastic waistband, and a back zipper. 98% Cotton, 2% Spandex; machine wash/tumble dry. This item is clean and in good condition, however, my washer likes to leave white streaks on it (see final photo), which is why the price is reduced. The streaks will come out in the wash or by dampening a cloth. :)
