Long sleeves with elastic at wrist Smooth poly chiffon fabric. with no stretch Runs true to size Condition: Good pre-owned condition with 3 noticed flawed areas with pulls in the chiffon - one on the chiffon bottom ruffle, one set on the right side above the seam between the ruffle hem and the lined part of the dress and the last is on the bottom front above the seam for the ruffle - this is mostly covered by the overlap of the wrap and all are not very noticeable due to the print of the fabric.
