Reposhing this item I purchased from @quality_oasis. So bummed that this didn’t fit. The beautiful bright green with daisies got me on this one! Someone needs it!! Smocking below the bust, elastic along the neckline. Tie straps are not adjustable. Still new with tags. Great quality top. Questions welcomed! 💖
