ELM Beauty refillable lip balm

1oz, new and unused but did not come sealed. Handmade in New York the lid is made of plant bioplastic that will fully biodegrade in 6 months. Lip balm is refillable. I had originally gotten this in a GreenUp subscription box and they had retail value listed as $14 but I cannot find anything about this company when I try to Google it
