ELLE sz Large black floral blouse

Black floral blouse with tiny pleats all the way around the top. V cut out in center of the neckline. 3/4 sleeves. Excellent condition. Hangs nice and loose. Very comfortable. 21” flat across the chest but pleats allow it to stretch quite a bit. Length is 26” from shoulder.
