Pretty ruffle detail on front. Soft and has a bit of stretch. Originally had a skinny belt so has small sown on loops. Looked better styled without the belt in my opinion so I removed it. Approximate Measurements while laying flat: Bust: 17” Sleeve: 7.5” Length: 23”
