Could you tell me waist measurement and hips also? Any stretch to the fabric?

@lhenry110462 Absolutely...@ the smallest part (under bust - rib cage) 14 1/4” the waist is about 18 1/2 “ and the hip is 19”. It does have a bit of stretch but I wouldn’t say a lot.
