From the Elie Tahari Collection comes this beautiful ethereal layered silk chiffon tunic top. Constructed like a Caftan but short! The layered black on white silk chiffon has lovely movement. The edges have contrast stitching. Only one issue found, tiny pulls and hole as shown in the pic. The way it falls at the shoulder does a good job of hiding it. Size Extra Small Bust 40 length 27
