ELAN black and white flower print dress

Elan black and white flower print dress. Size small but it’s a loose dress fit so medium should be fine too. Adjustable straps. Front/back overlay and bottom slight ruffle edge. Silky smooth material. There is no material tag as this is a sample but it’s polyester type material. Would also look cute with a chunky open bright color sweater and black booties for fall! Never worn.
