EK Designs Petite flowy, polka dot blouse

Top is 100% polyester and is a light, flowy fabric (slightly sheer). It’s black with pastel colored polka dots in varying sizes. Top is has a collar and V neck but no buttons—it’s a pull over style. Sleeves are long and are bell shaped (about 16” in circumference at the ends of sleeves) and asymmetrical at the ends. This is a size petite large and measures 22” from armpit to armpit and is 25” in length. Pristine condition.
