Top has ruffled straps and keyhole opening in the back. Shorts have elastic waist and pockets. Top: Waist-14" from side to side. Length-9" from the armpit down. Shorts: Waist-11" from side to side, but does have elastic. Length from top to bottom of shorts:9.5". Smoke-free, pet-free home!
