ECI v-neck flowy yellow with flowers top

Not sure what the material is made of as the tag is no longer attached. Material does not stretch very much but has an elastic strip mid back for just a little stretch. It is very sheer and lightweight, has big flower design and an attached ribbon belt with beads in the front. All beads are intact. Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
