ECI silk metallic brocade halter dress

This is a beautiful dress by ECI. Color so vibrant it tends to reflect the light outside so it’s difficult to photograph outside in the bright sunlight please see last photos are best for color. The base of this dress is a deep red with a black tone to it and then that embroidery raise a beautiful bright leaf print red. This is a fitted top really old school and then is paneled in to that lovely flare skirt. In excellent condition
