ECI navy embroidered long sleeve dress

ECI New York brand dress. Dark blue color with white embroidered flowers. Main material also has a crinkle texture. Full layer lining underneath. Keyhole opening on the upper back. Lomg sleeves and mini length. Size medium. Measures about 19 inches across bust and 30 inches overall length. In great used condition with a little pilling but no spots, holes, or other flaws!
