ECI New York Cocktail dress

These photos don't do this dress justice. It is a beautiful silk dress, falls to right above knee. Very flattering with the pleating in the skirt and then Empire waist. Dress didn't fit in frame so please look at second photo to see what the bottom of dress looks like. It's in like new condition. Only worn twice. Beautiful bow ties around waist. Perfect for Summer elegant parties.
