ECI New York Blouse

Size large ECI New York Blouse. It’s absolutely beautiful. Off white or beige color with lots of flowers on the front. It has a lining in it, but the sleeves do not. The sleeves are more sheer. It has elastic around the waistband, which gives it structure. So flattering. The sleeves flare out a bit and are flowy. I’m happy to bundle and answer any questions!
