ECI New York Black Velvet 3 Piece Skirt Set

Beautiful 3 Piece set. Excellent pre-owned condition. Embellished trim with lace, beads and rhinestones. Approximate measurements laying flat: skirt length 30", waist 15"hips 18". Jacket length 22", bust 19", waist 17". Tank bust 15". Tank didn't come with this outfit so it is a different brand than the jacket and skirt. It goes great with it so i am including it. Skirt zips up the side. Jacket has hook and eye closures. Stunning outfit.
