ECI Lined Empire Waist Halter Maxi Dress w/ Mesh Overlay. Color: Shades of Brown with Soft Teal, and Red Flowers. Size: 4. Mesh 95% Nylon, 5% Spandex, Lining 94% Polyester, 6% Spandex. Zip Back. Bust stretches from 31" - 38", Waist stretches from 26" - 30", Sweep 113" Rubberized findings to keep dress in place and for fit. Length from back of halter approximately 50 1/2", Length from Empire Waist 41" Length from back of dress 40" I bought but never wore this dress - however, there is a little nick (see photo) where the hang tag originally was.
