@jodib1976 I just got home. I accepted your offer on the small that I can adjust my sizes on the other ones.
the waste on the size small is a 13 and 1/2 the material is a little stretchy. the inseam is 31 in let me know if you want any other measurements

I will do a picture of what I would consider to be the hip area which will be right at the straight pocket line across.
15.5 on the size small and the hip again for the medium across the pocket line is 16 I will put a picture up above for the medium so you can see where I measured from also I countered your offer that's as low as she will go
