sassy1950 @kgsouthbeach the measurements u listed as 16.5 for the large POL leopard skirt was inaccurate. It’s barely 15”. Very very disappointing.

kgsouthbeach @sassy1950 My customers and customer service as well as the quality of my items are my number one priority. I don’t know if you can file a claim for a return at this point, but you could certainly try and I would not dispute it. In fact, I would encourage it. That is the way I have always conducted business on here and the other places that I sell.

I will happily give you credit for the cost of the skirt for something else in my closet. I understand that your frustration. I’m only trying to help you.

kgsouthbeach @sassy1950 Unfortunately the large was the largest size it came in. I’m wondering if maybe this was an error on POL’s end. I don’t have any larges left (they come in packs of six. Three smalls, two mediums and one large. I typically measure a medium and go an inch down for the small and an inch up for the large. I have measured both and they’re accurate. So now I’m wondering if maybe POL mislabeled it.

kgsouthbeach @sassy1950 Also, I too contacted Poshmark and told them about the issue and said I had no problem with accepting a return. I advised them that you were out of town and this was an error on my part. I told them that you should at least be given the opportunity to state your case. So hopefully between the two of us, we’ll get some assistance. I get priority customer service since I’m a tier two ambassador, but I’d have to call them during normal business hours tomorrow.

kgsouthbeach @sassy1950 I will do whatever I can. If you hear from them, let me know and I’ll do the same. If we both get a standard reply via email, I’ll call them tomorrow. I can and do accept returns on other platforms. Poshmark takes so much of our earnings and give us very little options on how we conduct business. Three days is simply too little time for a dispute and returns should be an option. Honestly, I think it’s designed to where they never have to give up their 20%.

I was really surprised too as POL usually runs large it may have been mislabeled. You cannot say Z(elle) on here because Poshmark's filters won't let the message go through. They seriously covet their 20% on EVERYTHING! And words like e(Bay) and t(ext) message are triggers that deem a violation of their policy of taking a sale off the platform. Or, aka, losing out on their 20%!

kgsouthbeach @hplssrmtc Thank you! I use Fotor which is an online editing program. It's kind of like photoshop but a LOT more user friendly. You need a degree in computer graphics to figure out photoshop, lol! Also, Fotor is MUCH cheaper.
