Dzhavael Couture Black Dress - Size Large

Measurements are approximately Bust 17" Waist 16" Length 38.5" All of these measurements are fluid as the fabric stretches and the sides are slightly longer. It has a sort of puffy, scalloped bottom hem for lack of a better way of putting it and 2 side pockets. The top portion is like a soft t shirt and then the bottom is a much fancier.
