Dynasty London from the United Kingdom Size 6 Baby blue dress with black and silver heading accents I got it from a Eclectic Boutique in Mt Carmel, Indiana. The lady who worked there said this dress was one of a kind meaning this is the only one ever made. Like new, only worn once.
