Dynamite Clothing Dress - new, but slight rip in slit

Dynamite Clothing Dress - new, but slight rip in slit. Color on site says “tortoise shell,” but is like a burnt orange. Suede. NO stretch. Runs small. Size XS. More like an XXS. Great quality, but had a tear in the slit that was about an inch. Can’t tell really it’s a tear. Discounting because of slight tear in back slit
