Dusty Blue Open Sleeve Cocktail Dress

This dress is light and flowy. The sleeves have a slit from the shoulder to the wrist, so your arms will be exposed. There is a silky protective slip underneath the sheer outter layer, so it isn't see through. I bought this and wore it once to a wedding and loved it. Originally bought on Amazon, but I don't think it is available there anymore. Viwenni brand, size medium.
