Measures 18.5 in waist laying flat and has elastic on each side of waist, 20” total length, 22” hip area. Has 2 pockets that have zippers in front & 2 pockets on back. Material: skirt: 97% nylon 3% spandex and shorts 90% nylon 10% spandex E66
