Dropwaist Pleather Trimmed Skirt

Dressy black skirt for Girls size 12/14 (L). Perfect for school functions or recitals. Elastic waist has a little stretch. Skirt is easy care and doesn't wrinkle. Approx flat measurement: 12 1/2" waist un-stretched, 14" long. Gently used but in good shape.
