Drop waist dress

This is from urban outfitters. It’s a drop waist look that gives a cute nod to the 20s era. It’s very flowy and could fit a size 0-6. There are no tags so I don’t know what size it is. Only worn twice. Could also be worn for maternity. Hits around the calf for length.
