Drop waist asymmetric plaid skirt with fringe hem

The skirt starts with a fitted waist that drops and is trimmed in a rope style embroidery then it opens up into more alone shape with the plaid cut on the bias. Fringed hem comes to a point on each side that’s about 5 inches longer than the sides fully lined in an excellent condition.
