Drop shoulder/ dolman sleeve turtleneck

NWOT Jones NY drop shoulder/ dolman sleeve/ color block turtleneck, it’s basically new. I wore it for half a day, decided it was just too big for me. It’s a Small, but definitely runs more like a Medium... probably because of the style/cut. It’s super cute! Perfect with skinnies and booties for fall.
