Two more questions: is the liner removable, and when you wear the jacket, does it make noise? I have one raincoat that makes a lot of noise when it gets crinkled or moved in

@stefaniesg hi! The outer layer is a softer, flexible raincoat material. I wouldn’t say it makes noise bc the fabric isn’t stiff. I’m not sure about the lining, let me look!
