Dressy silver ballet flats toddler size 7

Rampage girls dressy silver ballet flats with elastic strap. The strap is embellished with silver sparkle 3D flowers all across. These shoes are very cute and fancy and have never been worn only tired on in the house. My daughter is very picky and refused to wear them so they were on her feet for less then 5 mins. I’m not even sure how the bottom of the shoe looks as dirty as it does and it isn’t bad but just saying.
