Dressy shirt/jacket

This dressy/shirt jacket it has 4 black buttons,ties at the top and ties at the waist..2 pockets at the waist ,2 smaller pockets on the side of the the bigger pockets.the last picture shows a slight stain to the right of the flap on the bigger pocket.
