Dressy dress or tunic. Size M

This is a lovely 100% polyester dress or could be worn as a tunic. It has a slit on either side of the dress. Cute Mandarin style color that is embellished with gold metal with rhinestones. Please check the measurements that I have provided in the pictures. This does say that it is a medium but it does run small. Colors are very nice. There is the red, gold, yellow, different shades of blue and greens.
