Dressy black sleeveless top, 2X, EUC, no tags

Dressy black sleeveless top, 2X, EUC, no tags. Back of top is a cotton/poly knit, front is woven polyester. The armholes have a fringed accent. Front is drapey with hang-y things that I don't really know how to describe. If I hadn't lost weight, I would never get rid of this. Perfect for a summer wedding or outside event.
