Measurements as follows: 14 inches across the waist, 3 inch inseam, 9 inches in length from top to bottom (2 inch cuff included in measurement)&18 inches across the hips. 63% polyester, 33% rayon & 4% spandex. Comes with cute tie belt. Note: this is a juniors size 1.
