Dressy Dress BNWT, Laundry by Shelli Segal

This dress is pure black with white stripes. The color in the pictures looks washed out, but it's much darker in person. Please message me if you would like additional pictures under a different lighting. It fits true to size and chest area is low cut, but could be bobby-pinned together. Dramatic sleeves for dressy occasions; would look great for an evening event. Good quality fabric with lining. Brand new with tags and comes from smoke free home.
