Just in time for the holiday parties this shirred waist top is a winner with either pants or pretty skirt! Elastic at the neck line and in the shirred waist and cuffs create a slight ruffled look on the edges. The bodice is lined and the 3/4 sleeves are unlined and more shear. The 100% polyester fabric has textural slightly raised dots and is suggested hand wash. Never worn, in new condition.
