Dressing Clio classy vintage velour navy dress!!

This is a 1990s classic dress, navy velour; very etiquette. Length about 50 inches. So will set at ankles. I am 5"3 it sets at my ankles. It's gorgeous just waiting to be snatched by someome who will also appreciate this vintage style and brand.
