Blue, 100% cotton, gingham, short sleeve, smocked dress by Dressie Jessie Smocking in a girl's size 6. An ambulance, fire truck and police car are embroidered around the yoke. Red rick-rack trim accents. Rear button closures. Unlined. Machine washable. Approximate measurements shown in photos. There were several stains on the front of the dress. I was able to get most of it out but there are some faint yellowed areas which aren't very noticeable unless you are looking for them. More aggressive stain treatment may produce better results. See photos. Otherwise, in good pre-owned condition.
