Dressbarn, maxi skirt, size small

This is a beautiful blue-hued maxi skirt with an elastic waist in size small. Lace through the middle. It's really lovely with a navy blue tank, wrap and flats. I really like it, but it's too long for me. I'm 5'3". Waist is 13" Length is: 36
