Dress with Details

This dress is made of stretchy fabric with lots of details! It’s sleeveless and ties in the back. The dress has a ruffled look just under the breasts that allow it to be tied at the back. The top left side of the dress has gathered fabric for a unique look. I’m 5’1” and it strikes me well above the knee.
