Beautiful Zoe Dress the Population dress in BLUE. Tag reads (M) however this was professionally altered to fit me. It is now a SIZE Small (please see photos for measurements) Great used condition. Dress has a good amount of stretch to it so it fits nicely. Worn 2 times. This dress has colors of blue, silver, gold and copper. So sparkly 💙💛🧡💙💛🧡
