Dress the Population Teal Sandra Plunging Maxi Dress

Elegant teal maxi dress. Fully lined. Sleeveless with deep V-neck. High slit for added style. Dress was altered via hemming by original seller. It worked well for me, I am 5’5 and wore flats for a late November wedding, paired with a pashmina. The cut is suuuuuper flattering, gives a lovely hourglass shape.
