Dress size 00 perfect for winter formal

Nay blue formal dress. Alterations were made but can be reversed. This is very stunning on. Fits 22 waist 24 bust falls above knee. See pic. No rips or stains. I had a apiece added to the bust to cover cleavage but could be removed if wanted. The dress has pockets.
