Dress or tunic

Cute summer dress in white with black stripes. It comes with a white slip that snaps at the shoulders. It’s 34 inches from shoulder to hem (a tad longer in back), about 18 inches from waist to hem, 17 inches across front at bust, and 18 inches across at the hip.
